Xtreme Champions League (XCL) is AAFT's flagship esports tournament — bringing together AAFT's top gamers for high-stakes battles in popular titles.

Organized by the AAFT School of Animation, it's more than just gaming — it's cosplay, live streaming, creator showdowns, immersive experiences, and non-stop energy.

Tournament Rules & Eligibility

Valorant

# Prize Pool

  • Winning Team: ₹25,000
  • Runner-up Team: ₹12,500

# Eligibility & Accounts

  • Players must use their own Riot account
  • No account sharing is allowed
  • A player may compete for only one team
  • All accounts must be free of bans or restrictions

# Team Composition

  • Standard team size: 5 players
  • Up to 1–2 substitutes allowed if registered
  • Only registered players may play matches

# Game Version & Settings

  • Matches will be played on the latest official VALORANT patch
  • Default competitive settings will be used
  • Game servers will be decided by the organizer

# Match Format

  • Matches are played 5v5
  • Standard format: Best of 1 (early rounds), Best of 3 (playoffs / finals, if specified)
  • Overtime follows standard VALORANT rules

# Map & Agent Selection

  • Maps are selected via admin-decided format according to current competitive queue (veto / pool)
  • All agents are allowed unless explicitly restricted
  • Agent changes are allowed between maps only

# Fair Play (ZERO TOLERANCE)

  • Strictly prohibited: Hacks, cheats, third-party software
  • Exploiting bugs or glitches
  • Stream sniping
  • Ghosting or sharing live match info
  • Match fixing or intentional throwing
  • Any unfair play = immediate disqualification

# Equipment & Setup

  • Only approved peripherals are allowed
  • Macros, scripts, recoil tools, or hardware advantages are banned
  • Players must be ready at match start time

# Match Start & Pauses

  • Teams must join the lobby on time
  • Tactical pauses only if allowed by the organizer
  • Unauthorized pauses may result in round loss

# Technical Issues

  • Matches will not be restarted for individual disconnections
  • Admin decision applies in case of server issues

# Player Conduct

  • No abusive, racist, or toxic behavior
  • Respect opponents, officials, and staff
  • No coaching during live matches (unless allowed)

# Results & Disputes

  • Match results recorded by admins are final
  • Disputes must be raised immediately after the match
  • Organizer decisions are final and binding

# Organizer Authority

  • Organizers reserve the right to:
  • Modify rules if required
  • Interpret unclear situations
  • Penalize or disqualify teams for violations
BGMI

# Prize Pool

  • Winning Team: ₹20,000
  • Runner-up Team: ₹10,000

# Account & Eligibility

  • Players must use their own BGMI account
  • Account level must be more than 30 in qualifying stages
  • No account sharing at any stage
  • Account must be clean (no history of bans / cheats)
  • A player can play for only one team in the tournament

# Devices & Setup

  • Only mobile phones allowed
  • Emulators, tablets, controllers, triggers, keyboards, mouse, macros are strictly banned
  • Game must be updated to the latest official BGMI version

# Fair Play (MOST IMPORTANT)

  • Hacks, cheats, mods, scripts, config files
  • Exploiting bugs or glitches
  • Teaming with other squads
  • Stream sniping
  • Sharing live match information
  • Any unfair advantage = instant disqualification

# Match Lobby Rules

  • Players must join the custom room on time (10 mins prior)
  • Wrong IGN / wrong slot / late join = points loss or disqualification

# In-Game Conduct

  • No abusive, racist, threatening, or toxic behavior
  • Respect admins, opponents, and officials
  • No arguments in public chats during matches

# Scoring & Results

  • Points are awarded as per placement + kills
  • Final standings decided by: 1. Total points 2. Total kills 3. Best placement
  • In case of two teams having same points team with more match wins will be considered First
  • In case number of wins is also the same then placement points will decide the winner
  • In any case that also came to be same then team with last match win will be declared winner
  • Admin decision is final in case of ties or disputes

  • Warning
  • Points deduction
  • Match disqualification
  • Tournament ban
  • Prize money forfeiture

# Organizer Authority

  • Organizers reserve the right to:
  • Modify rules if required
  • Take final decisions in disputes
  • Disqualify any team for rule violations
EA Sports FC 25

# Prize Pool

  • Winning Team: ₹5,000
  • Runner-up Team: ₹2,500

# Game & Version

  • Matches will be played on EA SPORTS FC 25
  • Latest official game update will be used
  • Default competitive settings apply unless stated otherwise

# Match Format

  • Matches are 1v1
  • Standard format: Knockout / League / Group stage (as announced)
  • Match length: 10 minutes per half (Can be changed)
  • Difficulty: World Class / Legendary (organizer decides)

# Team Selection

  • Any club or national team is allowed unless restricted
  • Custom teams and edited players are not allowed
  • Player attributes must remain default

# Game Settings

  • Controls: Any
  • Camera: Any
  • Tactical presets allowed
  • No custom sliders or gameplay modifications

# Fair Play

  • Use of glitches, exploits, or intentional game abuse
  • Disconnect abuse or intentional quitting
  • Match fixing or collusion
  • Any unfair advantage may lead to match loss or disqualification

# Disconnections

  • If a disconnect occurs:
  • Before halftime → match may be restarted
  • After halftime → admin decision applies

# Pauses

  • Pausing only allowed: When the ball is out of play / For tactical changes
  • Excessive or unfair pausing may result in penalties

# Player Conduct

  • No abusive language or unsportsmanlike behavior
  • Respect opponents and tournament officials
  • Follow admin instructions at all times

# Results & Reporting

  • Match results recorded by the organizer are final
  • Players must confirm scores after each match
  • Any disputes must be raised immediately

# Organizer Authority

  • Organizers reserve the right to:
  • Modify rules if required
  • Resolve disputes
  • Disqualify players violating rules
Tekken 8

# Prize Pool

  • Winning Player: ₹5,000
  • Runner-up Player: ₹2,500

# Game & Version

  • Tournament will be played on the official latest version of TEKKEN (TEKKEN 8 as specified)
  • Game settings will follow default tournament settings
  • Players must use the assigned tournament setup

# Match Format

  • Matches are 1v1
  • Each game is played as Best of 3 rounds (default)

# Character Selection

  • All characters are allowed unless specifically banned

# Stages

  • Stage selection follows random stage select
  • Players may agree on a stage if allowed by the organizer
  • No replaying a stage unless permitted by admins

# Controllers & Equipment

  • Allowed: Standard controllers (pads, arcade sticks)
  • Not allowed: Macros, turbo buttons, scripts
  • Not allowed: Modified controllers giving unfair advantage
  • Players must configure buttons before match start

# Fair Play

  • Cheating, hacking, exploiting glitches
  • Match fixing or collusion
  • Any unfair play may result in immediate disqualification

# Pauses & Interruptions

  • Pausing the game is not allowed
  • Accidental pause may result in round or game loss
  • Match restarts only if approved by the admin

# Player Conduct

  • No abusive language, unsportsmanlike behavior
  • Respect opponents, admins, and staff
  • No coaching during live matches (unless allowed)

# Decisions & Penalties

  • Admin decisions are final and binding
  • Violations may lead to: Warning, Match loss, Disqualification, Tournament ban
